IT Audit Supervisor – Issues Mgmt Team – $110-130K Plus Bonus

ACCsurance is currently working with a Fortune 200 Client and one of the largest employers in the DMV area looking for their next IT Audit Supervisor – Issues Management Team.  This is a new position!  This person will be involved in working with Senior Management and Business Unit Leaders in more of an Advisory/Business Response role.  The IT Audit Supervisor will lead a team of Seniors and Staff IT Auditors to help initiate change and remediating control gaps and weaknesses following IT Audits.

The Supervisor will not only need to know how to conduct an IT Audit, but more importantly, what to do with the results of the Audit.  This position will have a ton of exposure and promotability within the IT Audit department, as well as potential to move into a number of different roles.  The IT Audit & Advisory Supervisor works closely with Managers and Directors and will have first review, mentoring, training, guidance, and oversight of Seniors, Staff level, and Analysts/Interns.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be able to communicate Audit findings to Senior Management and be able to compose corrective action plans and initiate and execute change through superior project management skills
  • 4-8 plus years of progressive IT Audit or Technology Risk experience with Big 4 experience preferred
  • CISA, CRISC, or CISSP certification or agreement to complete within 12 months of employment
