As a Big 4 IT Auditor, I was getting inundated with requests from recruiters on an almost hourly basis.  For once, I felt a recruiter REALLY knew what I wanted my career path to look like.  And they actually listened to what I wanted and were able to provide guidance in the IT Auditing world, which is unheard of.  I absolutely love my new opportunity, but ACCsurance really understood my future career goals instead of just trying to push me into a position that would suit me for a couple of years.  They seemed to be concerned with my whole career.
